Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Eligible for Return

  • Items in original, unused condition with tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items (please provide photos)
  • Incorrect items received

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (Final Sale)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items returned after 14 days

How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact us at info@mypetoutfits.com or WhatsApp +86 189 2972 7044 with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

Step 3: Ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item).

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help! Contact us to arrange an exchange. If the new item has a price difference, we will either charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer's responsibility: Returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or no longer needed.
  • Our responsibility: Returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
