2.3 Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment has been processed. If your payment has been processed for a canceled order, we will issue a full refund.

We will notify you if your order is declined.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally to select countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary based on the destination, shipping method selected, and product availability.

4.2 Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other third-party carriers. Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

4.3 International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most Products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Sale items, personalized items, and clearance items may not be eligible for return

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mypetoutfits.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned Product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a Product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@mypetoutfits.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
